And what exactly is CLAT doing? Shouldn't it check that its (founding) members are in compliance with relevant BCI, UGC, NAAC regulations etc.
And what of BCI? It went into a war with DU (check LI series by Kian) over lack of compliance etc. But simply takes penalty fees and whitewashes NLUs lacking affiliation.
Since the Chief Justice (HC) is chancellor, the university would be given adequate time to comply
