Like associates of such seniors, how much salary they get ?
NCLAT is actually the ideal place.
SC you don’t get much fees, people are working are getting extremely cheap fees rates. It’s only the senior counsel or good AOR firms who have leverage to charge good fees. I feel SC fees rates are sometimes cheaper than District Courts. It’s just that arguing a matter before SC bench is considered to be supreme in the legal profession and it is irreplaceable. No one can defy this.
HC is old school charm, no forum can actually replace it. Delhi High Court, Bombay High Court or Calcutta High Court even Madras High Court still have that sense of empowerment.
30+ Kumar Abhishek, Eshna Kumar, Vishal Ganda, Anuj Tewari, Gaurav H Sethi etc. ( These are younger ones with big clients).
Shyam is not doing nclat, very rare I have seen him. Rohit Gupta also does NCLAT now, I think they all charge bomb fees there.
It’s now only a thing for SC and Hc where designated senior may be available at 33k also. NCLAT NCLT works very different now.
