Take a long time reading it, get all the documents such as 10th and 12th marksheet, affidavit, proof of residence if you are not from Delhi
Go to the Siri Fort office enrolment section. Try to go when its not so busy.
They will tell you the various corrections with your forms. You can correct them on spot if possible otherwise come back second half
It is a somewhat tiring process like dealing with most government offices
In the end your form will be accepted and 750/- is due in that office itself
Take your proof of payment and wait to be called to a meeting
Once you submit the form and pay the fee of βΉ750, you will receive a message within a week about scheduling a verification meeting. After the meeting, youβll receive your provisional certificate within 2-3 days.
