Do you solemnly agree to all of the above?
1. Law firm in Hyderabad (sal - 35k pm) - Profile is that of associate but mostly gen corp and litigation work as per my understanding.
2. Analyst - Due dilligence at a compliance comapany in Pune (sal - 7 lpa) - totally unrelated profile from law but the salary and less cost of living in Pune is luring me.
3. Legal Associate in an Asset Management Company (40-45k in Gurgraon) - It has mix of commercial contracts, due dilligence and and fund formation/structuring work. I can also dabble into finance and secretarial work here.
I have 1 y PQE in gen corp and advisory and my only concern is that I wish to move ahead from gen corp to commercial transcations and M&A , and for that matter i don' t accepting a lower salary too. From a career perspective, which one from 1 and 3 should be best? I am even contemplating option 2 coz the same pays decently and I can completely switch my profile as well.
