Going to office at 6am seems unheard of. But I can understand if there is some hearing, you might need to come in at 7am on a couple of days.
Caveat: Yes this will not be everyday, but because law firm work is so intense, even if it happens for a 10-15 day sprint, it can start affecting your mental health. Seniors are probably workaholics, which is quite common.
Please choose the team over the law firm. You should be fine.
She must be spending her first half in the court and coming back to office by 5/6 pm and then start her desk work
Run while you can.
Even if you do end up working till 12-1, you can come to office my 11am. 6-7 is impossible I've never seen or heard of anyone being in office that early/late
