If you are already at SA level, you can either join as partner in one of the many new firms that are springing up. PA level pay is 25-40 lpa in a good firm

They are kind of making a big name of themselves in the corporate market recently. A lot of transactional work is being done by them. Accordingly, the pay is also good. But the work hours are a bit too long from what i’ve heard from people who work there.

there are chambers of senior advocates and some advocates who are not officiall designated as senior but who are reputed very highly. you need to look a tboth. also separate them by vrtical.

Try Fox Mandal, pay is decent around 50-60 similar to ICUL but much better culture as most people there seem to stay for a while at least based on Linkedin, From personal experience, the project finance team there is one I would certainly recommend.

They do give call backs. I would suggest you clearly express to the Associate Partner (who generally heads your team) that you want to come back. If they like your work and presentation, you will get hired.

If you are thinking of a Masters, it is gold.

If you want to work in Lit, it can be very useful.
