1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.

I’m in disputes team of a T1 in Max Towers. My partner is downright uncouth and ill spoken. While the normal bc mc to clients before and after the calls is a norm, he also calls and starts blasting if ‘he doesn’t understand’ something in the draft or the query. He’ll do so even on a difference in opinion (as opposed to difference on facts). He also had an outburst in court a couple of weeks back.
Planning to confront him in with this logic itself. Has anyone else confronted their partners in similar situations?
