1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.

Also, how does the interview process look like? Iβve had prior history of working in private equity transactions team at T1 law firms. Would anyone be able to guide as to the kind of experience / work profile the firms usually look out for? Thank you so much!
Apparently Sequoia had analyst program for lawyers, but they have discontinued that now. But generally these in-house roles seem to be for 4 years+ work experience.
Iβve even contacted some lawyer folks who shared their HR email ID, but the HR donβt respond.
Always better to shift to rising starups and fancy in houses than PE roles. Ample in house opportunities if you're not hellbent on moving PE.
