NLSIU has also introduced a policy effective from this year
How does it work? How many days and is it self declared or medical certificate required?
It has been there since 2022- someone who has applied and gotten that leave.
Do NLS kids put such comments on YouTube videos as well that we were first here?
NALSAR bro and it is very effective. As a student who has immense cramps and cannot genuinely attend classes or any schedules that day, it has been such a huge relief. I hope companies also implement the same.
I think people forget the fact that NUALS, Kochi was the first law school to implement a menstrual leave policy
Public consultations wrt it are underway in NLU Delhi.
SLS Pune doesn't have a official policy as such, but leaves could be taken and attendance would be given on request by student.
