OP: we don't do virtual internships, but we do take our internships very seriously. All our interns are assessment interns. We take up to two a month, from 4th year onwards. They are closely involved in everything that we do and receive a stipend of INR 10 K a month. We're pretty confident that we run a solid internship program, so again, no secrets here.
