It depends on what you want to pursue but in almost every way it’s probably the senior advocate internships particularly if it’s not with places that are known to hand them out like hot cakes
if you intend to get hired at a firm in the near future, your firm internships would matter more. If you want to get into litigation, intern under a Sr. Adv. You can intern at a firm and still enter into litigation, but the other way around is difficult.
