Can someone please tell me the pay scale of Anant law and some reviews?
Haha, been there! done that!

Not gonna do it, ever again ;)
They even micromanage eachother. Big reason for their failure
One lawyer at counsel position with the firm had even called Police because they were not giving salaries and ignoring counsel. โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ
This is false information. The person โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ and was asked to leave.
I know its a tough job market, but pls keep looking for other opportunities - something better will surely come your way.
I have heard that people have been working for 3-4 years? Is it true?
and working at anant law is definitely for the faint hearted . you will not get to go home by midnight.
Because they have work and lot of work. But only for those who wish to learn.
Micromanaging is just insecurity dressed up as leadership.
They ask you to read and interpret the law. They invest time and seek perfection. Such concepts are alien to many - especially those who prefer only reading files and filling time sheets with narrations like read file/ photocopied documents.

none of the people sit idle. They sit idle because they dont want to work. Firm has lot work work.
lol, none of the 40+ people who have left till date wanted to work? That's crazy!
if you search on linkedin, you can see how many people have left
people leaving is not really a reflection of anything. I do not understand why incorrect metrics are used to give opinions about a workplace.
really? 40+ people leaving is not a reflection of anything?
lawyers are not supposed to be married to a firm. people leaving is normal. your reasons for leaving may not always be related to your sour experience at the firm. I also don't think that the number being put up here, i.e., 40 people is correct.
