Never happened in history All of them have been Ivy League law school grads AFAIK. So a glass ceiling has been broken. Note that JD Vance is a Yale law grad.
US and India are two extremes. In the US, only elite law school grads become SC judges and most senior cabinet members are also elite law school grads. It’s the reverse in India! Most SC/HC judges and minsiters are grads of obscure law colleges!
There are literally over at least two hundred judges all across the country who are NLU alumni. I personally know at least one third of them.
200 is nothing proportional to the amount of non nlu judges, chief justices, etc. GLC, DU, other TLCs dominate this area and its a fact be it for whatever reason.
What you do after college determines many many things.

A lot of you guys are gonna figure this one out real real hard.
UC Law SF* is actually a very well reputed law school, just so you know.

*name was changed from UC Hastings because of Hastings' involvement in slavery.
Dono NLSIU se nahi hain? Then we are not interested😑
that is all good and dandy, but education has never been a metric for success as a politician in India. If anything it makes people less relatable and get lesser votes in general. There are exceptions obviously, but the vast majority are not education based.
How much did Biden and Harris score in Career Launcher mocks? That's the real aptitude test.
They did the three year course? Haww. Did the messiah from NLS pave their way for this also?

Down with Sudhir! We want a five year Presi.
