Judicial internship without thinking twice. You will gain exposure to seeing some of the top firms and senior advocates arguing intricate questions of law. The kind of exposure a judicial internship can get you is something that no firm can!
Very poorly worded question - wording is disappointingly vague; 'useful' for what? For T1 law firm jobs or for some other career path?
personally i found sc internship to be much more exciting and rewarding than t1 firm internship (i did both one after the other)
