It has reached a point where I am struggling to cover my basic necessities such as rent, groceries, and transportation.
When would be a good time to switch to a T2/T3 firm from a lesser-known firm with low pay? Additionally, which firms are currently hiring, and what reason should I give for making such an early switch?
