We want LI to be one of the friendliest places on the internet, where lawyers and law students help each other with their career related queries and occasionally discuss other stuff that might affect their lives too. In other words:
1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.

It is a sole proprietorship of the labour law partner and has a total of maximum of 3-4 lawyers and one/two admin staff at any given point. No concept of HR in a firm that size obviously, so good luck escalating any issues. The culture is more relaxed when compared to Tier 1/2 law firms and you may have your weekends to yourself. Although, this might not be the same in the labour and employment vertical. There also might be long periods where one might not find any work in the corporate vertical and will be dumped with work from the labor vertical. ▮▮▮ culture is questionable if put simply, the pay and bonus are low and entirely depend on ▮▮▮ [long passage of examples redacted] All in all a good learning experience and a great place to work for (6 months until you find something else :)). Goodluck
The partners are slightly ▮▮▮ with a 'we are family' culture which is not condusive to growth and learning. ▮▮▮
