So my query is that what kind of firms should I target for employment, should it be IP Team for T1 firms like KCo, or any specific boutique firms or should I try to go in-house? What is the pay scope in these 3 options, Work Life Balance and chances of growth in monetary terms (not the learning aspect tbh).

if you can do long term internship then go for boutique firms
tier-1 too uncertain at least to start with
If you are doing really well in boutiques for go for the tier-1 firms but remember thats not where the best IP or media law work is happening anyway and their hiring volume in this genre is pretty low
