I would suggest giving CAM CM Team a shot because they are always hiring. CAM Tag and lateral shifts you just cannot compare then.
You might be right with Rajani not being in the limelight on big ticket work these days but its not that they don't get work. Culture wise, Rajani beats CAM and anyways given how tier 1s bleed juniors in ECM teams, lateral hiring would anyways leave you with a tier 1 in 1/2 years if you start with Rajani.
CAM has seen partner level attrition so its a sticky place to be as a junior to be very honest; plus not every paralegal converts to the A0 level. Play your cards right and make your choice wisely.
