I think you have got all reverse my friend. Toxicity is a trait to climb up the ladder and whosoever cant inculcate that is left behind, regardless of male or female.

Not a partner but there’s an SA (I’m an A0) that I’ve found super supportive, kind, understanding and on top of that she’s a great mentor, like the actual meaning of the word.
Unfortunately I do not have a similar experience, in my experience women don't support women. Women don't understand other woman's problem

They can as toxic as their make counterparts and sometimes even more. Toxicity and gender as no correlation.
Do you think they are better mentors and more supportive in general? I personally feel more comfortable around them- my current partner is of my mother's age and I really respect her a lot because she inspires me a lot and I personally think she's a great mentor.
