You can either find such a senior person willing to teach you
Also an edtech company in India has a program where you get to draft a lot and have someone check your drafts and tell you how to improve. I will not name the company but do your own research.
I suggest you just get hold of lots of real examples of contracts and pleadings and read them and then get a job and practice a lot
Be crip, precise while drafting. If you are into litigation then this applies especially when writing facts, and even so in advisory (not sure about corporate).
Do not be verbose. Break your sentences.
But most of this will eventually come after having spent some good few months working.
