I heard/saw that a several A0 quit within 2 years of joining the profession.

Why is that? What do they do afterwards?

Asking as a A0, scared about the competition and future in a T1 where I have just started this month (not trilegal 🤣)

Its a sprint rather than marathon. The posh and big - money life of law firms alluded you int eh begining. Now you realised that it's not worth in the long run. That's a reason why this profession is predominatlty female-centric as they can easily exit after a point of time.
This is a very wild opinion. Apart from like female beauty pageants, no profession is "female centric"
FYI same as with Air hostess and beauty pagent industry. Females work for max 30-35 years coz after a while their health suffers badly and they realise, they don't want to be hardworkers for life.
