It's better to do any fiance or marketing related course in order to settle in Australia. Law has very little polarity and the cost (LLM+Bar exam) would be staggering.
Please give up now on this dream. Societies like that tend to dislike people who can't do basic research and make up their own minds, plus having a prejudice against people who openly admit to not being very good students.
LLM doesn't offer a post work permit. In Australia you need to study a full time course of 2 years duration to be eligible for Temporary Graduate Visa which is the pathway to PR. So if you are looking for law field a PhD is minimum.
