The change and shake up of the Indian legal market is coming. All these star partners in family firms will leave. CAM has anticipated that and he is a mad rush to add partners, they are going the way of many other firms, grow in size and hope that size will save them from the big law firms.
Be a little more discerning and ask what is more important, the firm, the partner, or both and if yes to what degree. Since you will work more with the partner and the team, this should have greater weightage. The Firm is just a brand.
