I'll be starting as a long term intern at LKS in Delhi. Can someone tell me about the compensation they offer? I heard they have increased the base amount but don't know if it has been implemented or not. Also, what does bonuses look like at LKS?
I talked to LKS Associate last year back in September 2023. He was being paid 75k in Delhi Office.
Some say they've increased the pay to 14L i.e. 1.18L per month all the way from 75k. I don't think it's true at all.
Increase from 9.6L to 14L doesn't seem feasible.
After TDS, the amount will be 1.04.
TDS will claimed by filing ITR.
Idk how you guys are utterly poor at maths and tax.
At A1 level, associates get paid around 20-23L in T-1s. Does LKS pay just as much?
Also, at SA Level, the pay is 35-42+ L. At PA Level, my brother gets paid 55-75L in KCO.
Lmk by how close does LKS matches that. I think the hike is limited to freshers.
For example if partners annually earns 30 lakhs now it will be 30+3.
I'm sure their partners make way more than 30L.
