I got it at Noida, hehe. The fun part is that I a had no contacts and neither I study at an NLU or elite law school. Got it through sheer determination.....

I feel it really depends upon the circumstances. Usually, anything below Partner doesn't work. However, sometimes if they have vacancies, it might work out. I got referred to Trilegal by an Associate, and got an interview.

PPO is often without any reference. Or atleast not just because of a reference. Need to put the work and have that attitude.

Internship reference and PPOs are two different things that work differently.

Depends on the team. I worked for a team where the partners took comments / feedback from all Associates, SAs and PAs before giving out PPO Interview Calls
