How much time before the 3L lads realise that they have ended up becoming the lalas that they once despised? Authoritarian, non-democratic and egotistical. Sad, really.
Laterally hiring partners on the back of old time reputation, amputating partners from bringing in business, cultivating a brown-nosing culture, prioritising hours over quality of work - all telling signs.
Hope we don’t go crashing down, instead of “raising the bar”.
