No one comes close to SAM, AZB & Trilegal in terms of clientele, pay and exposure.
Axiom pays 12L+
C&M has more matters in terms of variety and quality. Since it's quite established, the matters keeps on coming.
Axiom5 runs based on reputation of Samir and Rahul. Both are legends.
The thing is if you switch from c&m to any T1 after a year, you'd still be considered as A0 unless you're quite good. But if you switch from Axiom, you'll be A1 (fair chances).
Obviously A1 is paid more than A0.
Both are terrific firms but reputation wise, Axiom is better. If you are someone to whom reputation doesn't matter as much, go for c&m. I'd go for c&m bcz for A0, the ground work is of PA Level of T1, responsibility is of SA level, you get access to all documents, you are fully involved in the matter, and learning exposure is unparalleled. I would switch to T1 after 3 yrs. I'd have learned so much tht they'd keep me as SA.
Its performance is nothing compared to c&m and Axiom5
