Swarnima's team has the highest attrition rate; but even Veena's is quite high from what I've heard
her team has quite a high attrition rate, as most people leave or have been asked to leave during probation itself. plus the SAs in her team i've heard are difficult to work with; no room for growth.

Veena is a terrific lawyer - She encourages an independent mind set and makes room for individual growth. She will be great for solid foundational training. If employment law interests you, join her team.
I agree. Both of them are very nice but clearly overworked as people don’t want to stay on

You’re right. The people on the team are nice.. but the faces keep changing every year due to workload. There is one A3 Aryana and one SA Sohail who have lasted more than 3 years on her team otherwise massive attrition.
true, it’s a decent team when it comes to work and people. There was no flexibility in terms of WFH, atleast when i used to work there anyway
She is extremely particular about how things are to be done. Not exactly difficult to work with but it's a big change.
Why so? Is it so difficult to work with Swarnima?
Atul and Veena are great to work with. Avoid Swarnima- please avoid- honest advice.
Are there any vacancies across L and E teams in Trilegal, Bangalore?
Are there any vacancies in the L and R team Bangalore?
Its a top heavy team with very very cream clientele. However, the mid level makes life difficult given how overburdened they are with work and pressure.
I've heard really good reviews about working with Veena Gopalakrishnan
Could anyone share their experience working with Atul Gupta, Veena Gopalakrishnan, Swarnima, or their Trilegal L&E teams in Bangalore? I'm curious about the work culture and the chances for a 2026 graduate to join their team.
