It is common knowledge that academia is not often opted by the smartest of the batch. If they are still inclined towards that they would not be sitting in any one of these law colleges or NLU's maybe except the top 3-4 ones where you can even call it a 'home coming'. Either you pay them so much like JGLS and they stay or they are the top 2-3 colleges. I'm pretty sure you can't even say all the professors are great at these law schools too. So yeah, when you compare the other parameters, it's only exams and attendance.
At the end, we cannot deny that pvt university students faces lot of challenges and discrimination by the top tier law firms. But still many are shining out because of their hardwork.
So please take a chill pill and don't target any college on this basis.
