Lissie was too rigid, but Nags is not. You should maintain a good rapport with the EC to get things in your favour and Nags is doing it right.

Almost all NLUs. After all they all swim in the same pond. TLC-NLU-foreign educated makes no difference. Only some are more urbane and suave than others.
Also was he the one who made the sexist comment in NLSIU concerning the dresses of female students? And then he was quickly accommodated as a VC somewhere? I think LI had done a story on Nagraj when the controversy broke at NLSIU.
He bought a car worth 35 Lakhs and 2.5 lakhs for a music system in the car from the university fund. At the same time, the university does not have the budget for hostel mess. He is working very hard that's why he does not have time to meet students, faculty members and staff. He is recruiting faculty without any public notice.
