Y'all never heard of Google or even the new chatgpt or copilot or Claude?
Bump, what does billable hour mean? Does it mean time allocated by the firm for you to complete which may also be arbitrary at times or is it the amount of time you have spent?
Can someone please dumb this down for a fifth-year student who is on the lookout for a placement. Thanks in advance.
so do you get bonus according to billed hours? as in how much u fill in the timesheet? dude i know A0s who are overly estimating what they're doing
How is this addressed in case of fixed fee mandates ?
What's the hourly billing rate for CAM associates?
But trilegal only requires you to bill 1950 ish hours a year I think
In Tatva Legal, Hyderabad, the yearly billable hours target is 1400 hours. But they have delegates a lot of non-bailable responsibilities also to their associates, so there is a non- billable year target also - which is 400 hours over and above billable hours target.
