We want LI to be one of the friendliest places on the internet, where lawyers and law students help each other with their career related queries and occasionally discuss other stuff that might affect their lives too. In other words:
1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.

Starting with the CGPA part. Brother/Sister, humbly speaking, what's done is done. Right? Can you do anything about the marks that have been permanently engraved on your marksheet? No, right? Does this mean you will stop aspiring to work at T1? Definitely NO!
Now all you can do is the best you can possibly imagine with your studies. Try to outshine even the toppers as a successor to their legacy. The more you score for the remaining tenure of your degree, the higher the average CGPA will become. Try to keep it above 8 as much as possible.
Coming to your chances of ever working in T1. I'd say depends not only on marks but many other factors, but it doesn't mean that marks hold less value cuz they do! I am talking about maximizing your chances only. And to do so, improve your portfolio, and work on your CV. Learn drafting. Take part in MCCs actively. All these things will point towards your intellectual prowess, the thing that T1s want the most in their future candidates.
The rest is upon your determination and aspiration. The harder you desire to achieve a dream, the bigger your likelihood of finding pathways that can lead you to your dreams.
All the best!
