Bro SJ sits idle most of the time, heard that a huge chunk of Indus's Delhi corp has gone to SAM, Gurgaon.
What's happening!! Why there is so much movement in the Employment practice across firms - Food for thought!!

I have an offer from IndusLaw in the corporate team (Delhi). I am confused given the number of exits in lthe ast 6 months - especially since my current firm is stable. any leads?
I would have to respectfully disagree. Top employment teams get most of their clients on their own. From what I hear, this team generates a lot of income for the firm.
Employment is not exactly a business generating practice across any firm. They get work given by other teams (Gen Corp, Cap Marks etc) They get referral work from other teams.
One may expect more senior level exits. It serves them right - Partner bonuses were delayed by an year and this year bonus has not been declared. The firm is in deep shit - FPs should do a crash course on leadership.
Serves the firm right to be so elitist and support a team that doesn't generate profits.
This is a big blow to them. That group was top tier and KCO is the real winner here. They get stronger in employment & investigations.
Yeah.. a lot of their partners have left. Entire Gurgaon corp team that includes 3 partners have left to SAM.
