JNU. Try for Law and Governance centre. However they only accept JRF candidates. Don't know about this year.
JNU, Jamia, DU, NLS, NALSAR, NLUD, NUJS are the only one's I'd suggest. Since all of them have a PhD in interdisciplinary research. The rest do require an LLM.
