Regarding MNLU Nagpur and NUSRL Ranchi, I don't think they should be put in Tier 3 looking at huge mismanagement, financial crisis, faculty quality and placements.

T3: NUALS, RGNUL, TNNLU, MNLU (Nagpur)
T4: DSNLU, MNLU (Aurangabad), DNLU, NLU Shimla, GNLU Silvasa & Others
JGLS - Places a lot (but take a look at the number of students per batch)
SLSP - Very good track record and a lot of alumni are in good positions
Choose pvt uni only when you dip beyond T3
