All of this happened to my friend who is from a T1 NLU. The chap is placed with another firm, but I doubt that the HR or the firm's attitude has changed much.
Don't count on their word as it doesn't mean anything. Keep a backup option lest you end up in the same situation.
Highly unprofessional firm when it comes to rolling out PPOs. No set timelines or policies.
P.S: The aforementioned approach is exactly how they dealt my friend who is from a Tier 1 NLU. Nothing wrong with the chap and he's placed with another firm. But it does tell you how Saraf which claims to be all about fairness and equity (no pun intended lol) is actaully
