These mandatory ICUL posts are misleading and posted by self promoting members of the firm. Any post which is not an outrageous exaggeration about ICUL is marked trollish. LI needs to ensure that there shouldn’t be false claims made here.
By setting the tone you mean pushing out your standard ppm for half of what a tier 1 firm does, then lead way. No self respecting lawyer would resort to undercutting.
The hypocrisy about being the highest paymaster is shameful. Pay your associates at par then talk about premium.
Looks like you have to resort to chest thumping and lying about being the highest pay master to get people to apply to you in the first place.
