The NLUD figure is only for T1 and like jobs AFAIK. If you genuinely think that out of a batch of 80, only 35 people from a top law school will do something meaningful after college and the others will sit twiddling their thumbs, then you are deluded.
The point is that placements are only reflective of how many job offers were made through the college recruitment process - offers will only be given to those who want to sit for placements. 39 students from 50 who sat isn't bad at all. You can cry me a river without knowing anything about the stats. I mean it's not as if serious law students don't know that kids choose NLUD over many other T1 NLUs solely because they want to prepare for upsc, judiciary and go for litigation -- something which is not true for any other NLU. So it's ignorance at best to question their choice of not sitting for placements & appearing for such career options.
2. You're right. Someone who doesn't sit for placements cannot make a valid claim that they 'can' get a job. The context it which those words were said was this: I informed you that a record number of students have chosen to appear for UPSC, judiciary, go for litigation, higher studies etc (something for which people in fact choose NLUD over other T1 NLUs) and as a result haven't sat for campus placements. You responded with "Because they didn't get a job". I informed you the dynamics, to which you said "That's what everyone says who knows that they won't get a job". --- I hope the inconsistencies in your faulty line of reasoning are clear to you now. You can cry for all you want but people not sitting for placements and joining alternate career options is a legitimate exercise of their choice. You may speculate if they would've landed jobs had they sat for placements or not, but that's no justification to assume they made such choices because "they didn't get a job".
3. Thank you for sharing how you think one can best achieve one's upsc dreams. Frankly, nobody asked.
I mean if you had prepared well enough for Clat and AILET, you'd know basic logical reasoning and see that (c) follows only from (b) and not from (a).
As for the data allegation - something which all NLUs do - if you're so aware about the "lies", why don't you lodge an official complaint or sue it? Surely, if it's such a clear cut case we would've gotten to hear some action against NLUD. I'd have really liked to see you being right for once but unfortunately, no such action was taken because nothing of that sort happened

Nluo could very well claim like the INDI alliance that it was a moral victory for them but statistics say otherwise. Peace out🤞
You can't compare Australia (NLUD) to Afghanistan (NLUO). Nluo can spew more venom because of its larger batch size but it doesn't change the fact that NLUD is miles ahead of it.
Ps: this is wrt to the internship tasks that I have allocated them. Am not very aware of their merit in moots.
