I am just trying to understand the current job market. Since these top nlus keep their ppo numbers hush hush, it becomes difficult to understand if there's a hope for more ppos and placement offers than last year.
Insider sources say PPO for BO 2025 not so good. 2024 was an outlier
Nujs’25 is surely going to perform better than Nujs’24.
Afaik NLS is doing great. Even the often abused GNLU has been performing better than the top 3 with PPO numbers exceeding that of NUJS and NLUJ.
More students will get ppo offers in june and july. This year looks promising for the lower nlus. I am glad to see that finally a lower nlu is giving a hard time to the self proclaimed "top 3".
How is gnlu getting so many job offers in this dry market?
The fact is that increased batch sizes and increased reservation is hurting NLUs everywhere. It’s time we stop looking at the percentage of students placed and just look at numbers. Focus on the numerator, not the denominator.
Please release GNLU's total recruitment stats in any year and then you will see that NUJS has always been ahead insofar as T1 firms and foreign firms are concerned.
NALSAR is doing great. But I'm sure across all colleges BO 25 will definitely be in a better position than BO 24.
The median package of 14 lakhs will mysteriously turn into 18 when they submit NIRF data for the year.
Totally, that’s how they buffed their way into 2#, edging past Nalsar barely. Every NLU should artificially hike their median, be smart like NLUD
The bar and bench article wrongly mentions the batch strength as 123 when the actual batch strentgh for Bo24 is 80. Considering it only half the batch sits for placements while rest go for UPSC, Judiciary and higher studies.
That's what they all say when they don't get jobs.
Can we please have a healthy discourse on this? This is extremely crucial for the 2025 batch.
These top nuls will only try for tier 1s and blame the market when they do not get a job.

What is your qualification for judging other people's achievements exactly? So far you have not done anything in life.
I interned with a NUJS guy at a Lower Parel T1 in May, he was just the opposite of what you've described. It's almost as if people are individual entities independent of their institutions, who thought?
