Since the Bangalore office is relatively small, the work culture is quite decent and free from toxicity. The pay is on the lower side compared to market standards, likely in the range of 25–35 (depending on how your interview goes).
From a learning perspective, it’s a fantastic place. You’ll get to learn a lot, and the partner is great to work with. If money isn't a great concern, it’s an excellent place to build a strong foundation that will help you in the long run.
