We want LI to be one of the friendliest places on the internet, where lawyers and law students help each other with their career related queries and occasionally discuss other stuff that might affect their lives too. In other words:
1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.

Also what do you mean he was getting little to no incentive in NALSAR ? He's already getting paid like the rest of the professors. If he took on Admin roles it's his responsibility. Moreover when he knew he had to complete his PhD first, he still did a stupid thing to take on many roles.
Bt now I'm happy. The Messiah and his blind followers are finally together.
The situation of Nalsar is really worrying. Present VC failed to recruit even a single Nalsar alumni or a promising faculty member in entire term. Nalsar falling each day. SKDR proving to be the worst VC in the history of Nalsar.
Two ex-Registrars (one loudly and another surreptitiously) who tried to scuttle Messiah appointment continue as Profs and strangely did not even jockey for VC positions in NLUs that would have favourably received them.
Certain VC positions will open up soon as the incumbents are on extensions and students are rumbling, such as Nagpur, Kolkata, Shimla etc.
So is anyone looking to move out for "greener" pastures elsewhere?
Why has he taken a decade to finish? could it be because he was teaching 3/4 courses a term?
I didn't.
Andho me kana Raja...
Any doubt NLS is the place to be?
