LLM at Jindal followed by MBL at NLSIU and then MA at Nalsar, that's my preference.

Other two pure distance learning. Jindal LLM is blended programme. You attend live video lectures of some amazing profs. Also an LLM degree more valuable than MA or MBL.
Please name a single individual with JGLS online LLM who is currently employed as an Assistant Professor in any of the Indian universities other than JGLS.
Didn't Jindal state that the LLM is recognized by UGC?

An online Master's will ideally not meet requirements for a PhD, so if the primary goal is pursuing a PhD, none of the three would allow you.

MBL at NLS, you will get the alumni status and the connection.
MBL is only useful for people who aren't law graduates. Jindal's LLM curriculum is decent, though remember that it won't be recognised by the UGC, so you can't use it to join academics later should you want to. Can't speak about the NALSAR programme.
