But don't worry in many states there are many designations in the cadre of ADJ (Entry Grade) are filled only by either retired judges or other govt.
officers (having law degree or dealted law matter min.10-15yr before court or forums) on contractual basis for fixed time period (max. 3yr) like ADJ (Fast Track Courts) in many states, Family Judges (in Maharashtra) & other similar positions like special judges, etc. However these are non-regular posts so benefits like no promotions etc., are quite limited but salary & allowances will given at par ADJ (entry grade).
