I am a first-year law student who wants to make my life a bit easier, so I wanted to enquire about the field of law which has the least competition.
Competition law is the most saturated field. It's a hyper specialised practice. Not many cases even for existing competition lawyers to sustain.
Who told you that there's the least competition in cap marks? Konsi galat fami pall rakhe hai sab aur kyu galat Salah diye jare hai aap?
Criminal litigation as well. Very difficult to get into, but there's still a need for good lawyers in that area.
Too much competition in criminal litigation bro. I've two criminal lawyers in my family alone. Also it's way bad if you live in a shitty tier 2 overpopulated city like me.
Shipment law, Marine law, Food law, Environmental law, Education law
but don't taxation lawyers face competition from CAs
Law firms don't hire CAs

If you are a tax lawyer much easier to get a big law firm job, hardly any contenders at the junior level
No competition from lawyers. Lots of competition from thousands of CAs who know the ins and outs of the Income Tax Act better than any lawyer at the associate level.
Projects energy infrastructure, white collar investigations
WCC and investigations is a little secret, please don't let it out
Working in projects by force and not by choice, trust me its terrible.
What a stupid idea

half the people are unemployable when they graduate because of this myth only :D

Good for ultra rich privileged people who don't need a job when they graduate

Rest must specialise ASAP
