As of now, I've secured a seat at GNLU under the NRI quota, with a payment of 1.38L, and I'm anticipating an email from the university regarding the remaining balance. Classes are set to commence on July 8th.
However, NUJS has postponed the NRI seat allotment process, putting me in a difficult situation if GNLU requires full payment before I'm certain about admission to NUJS.
Considering my preference for NUJS over GNLU, I have the following inquiries:
1. 1. Is it possible to obtain a refund of the NRI fee paid to GNLU after I join GNLU and later a seat is allotted in NUJS?
2. 2. Does the CLAT refund policy apply for NRI fee payments as well?
3. 3. When is the expected class commencement date at NUJS?
4. 4. Any other advice will be appreciated.
5.
Looking forward to your response.
2. NUJS classes are likely to commence from the 3rd week of July for the first years.
