TLC is a semi derogatory way of referring to non NLU old established law colleges usually in a state govt uni like DU, CU etc. some call it the law college or traditional law colleges hence the abbrv TLC
No. NLUs will remain the best for law in same way IITs and AIIMS are for engineering and medicine.
TLC will be at best as Govt Engineering Colleges.
