1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.

Would be interesting to see what hike JSA offers to its existing retainers to match their compensation with what they will be offering to 20 (S)Hamsters who are joining at huge base pay.
8% lollipop π going to toss.
For eg SA/PA band of 40-80LPA or more.
Existing people who work 24x7 in good team at JSA at SA/PA level donβt even make 2/3rd of base salary of SAM
How discouraging wil it be for existing A/SA/PA, and why will they wish to continue with such discrimination?????
Existing salary including bonus is any day 2x less than base salary which a SA/PA gets at SAM!
Discrimination at salary in the same firm is going to cause a great loss to JSA, especially in Corp and B&F teams!!
Note to Mods- please merge this with any thread on the same topic if it is already published before this, to prevent duplicity, thanks.
