No. NALSAR maybe made by him but it continues to excel on the blood, sweat and tears of the faculty, alumni and students. No minister or judge or chancellor can make an institution as much as it's faculty and students.

Funds alone aren't enough. You need people in charge who knows how to use such funds well. GNLU has been better funded than all the NLUs before it for almost fifteen years now. It needed a good person in charge like Sudhir, which it never did.

DSNLU is not a good institution. It's more worthy to have a new NLU at Amaravathi than reviving a below average institution.
