We want LI to be one of the friendliest places on the internet, where lawyers and law students help each other with their career related queries and occasionally discuss other stuff that might affect their lives too. In other words:
1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.

Anything apart from my CV, CPC, and ACA 1996?
Disputes is too vast. I do not understand where to start the prep from. If it is commercial lit they expect us to be well versed with IBC, Securities, Companies Act other than CPC and ACA. So Please help!
Contract law, topa, companies act, basics of soga, Constitutional law, difference between arbitration/conciliation/mediation/negotiation, IPC major provisions (if the firm does Criminal). Other than that be prepared to answer few hr questions such as tll me about yourself, family background, why law?, favourite things to do, etc. Avoid unrealistic answers, I remember when a guy was asked who's your mentor he had an essay memorised on foreign and Indian judges which seems way too unrealistic, be honest and yourself.
