I know a junior from a state in South India (not Tamil Nadu), who is currently studying in TNNLU. He used to study in a North Indian NLU from which he dropped out because the faculty members in that NLU taught in Hindi.
What's there to complain about? All NLUs are state universities and, hence have their state-specific nuances. Why do you think students prefer to study in central institutions?
Why do these north Indian people think of India to just revolve around them.
Haha! They come to South Indian states, and expect us to speak in their language.
Exactly! OP, replace the 'Tamil' in the question with 'Hindi' and 'TNNLU' with 'most NLUs' and then it becomes a commonplace phenomenon instead of an outrage. And no, not all South-Indians speak Hindi.
Has he retired from NLSIU? What did Sudhir say at his retirement?
